No- indoor lamp (artificial) light generally will not be enough to properly charge your Wasserstein Mountable Solar Charger For Ring Video Doorbell 1 (2nd Generation 2020) when it’s mounted inside.If you mount the solar charger inside a building, under indoor lighting only, you should assume it will not meaningfully charge the Ring doorbell. At best, the charger might provide a tiny trickle — but likely not enough to sustain the doorbell. To get the benefit of the solar charger: you need to position it where it receives real sunlight, ideally outside on a wall facing the sun, or somewhere near a window that gets strong direct sun rays.
