“Hello, When I open the white cap on my new samsung water filter (DA29-00020B), I noticed carbon residue/particles at the water inlet/outlet as well as under the white cap (see image). Is this normal? Thank you.”

I don't seem to have had that problems. So far they have been good. I have used them for about 2 years.
