It appears so; although I'm sure you'd need to update your BIOS for it to work best.

Yes, you are actually able to use TWO M.2 solid state drives with the ASRock H370M PRO4 motherboard. However one M.2 slot is is a significantly faster interface (Ultra M.2). I would suggest using this WD Black SN750 in the Ultra slot and using a slower M.2 in the other slot. (Ex. WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB Internal SSD - SATA III 6Gb/s M.2 2280 Solid State Drive)
