• If you buy the version with no heat sync. With the heatsync it’s too thick. The heatsync is more for desktops to allow passive cooling of the fans to cool it and doesn’t have special covers that come with the motherboard.

• Check the dimensions of your slot first to see if the heatsink will fit. If not get the ssd without the heatsink it's usually cheaper.
