I have it on my Xbox1 X, It isn't loud at all. Games are def loading quicker. But that all depends how much space you are taking up on the hard drive. You will tend to have longer load times as the drive has to cycle through more files to access the one you want to load. Both Microsoft and Sony need to implement a defrag setting to keep things loading quicker/smoother. Keep in mind we have new systems on the horizon and these Hard Drive may not be compatible with them.
