• I'm using it to record video out of the air with Tablo, but it was designed for gaming storage. In fact I was in doubt of it's compatibility with Tablo due to it's design being for gaming, but it works excellent with Tablo recording. Thus my answer being yes it probably works perfectly for game storage.
