• I use it for my PS4 not Xbox One but any USB 3.0 external hard drive with at least 256 GB works with Xbox Ones and this meets those qualifications so it should work with Xbox as well.

• I used it with my Xbox One X today, and it worked fine. I am using it for external media, and as the place to put my recordings of game action.
