How do I get this to work for my ps4? null

You can use this drive with your PS4 by reformatting the drive into the compatible file system but we do not recommend. Moreover, you can reconsider the WD My Passport for Gaming for ps4. Need Help? This external drive should work with any device that it can be connected to, and must be formatted for use by the device to which it is connected. PS4 may or may not support external storage but if it does and it has an available USB port to be connected to, it should work. Note that the formatting requirements must also be met, so be sure that your device is designed for external storage. Good luck!
