You could check the web site but this rugged little drive is so simple you should not need it. Just plug it in and it should be ready to format if you are not a Windows user. I think it is preformatted for Windows but if you are using another OS just enter the command required to initialize the disk and format it. For instance "INITIALIZE /ERASE /STRUCTURE=5 $7$DNC6: NEW_USB_DISK" on the VMS operating system specifies that disk device number 6 on cluster node 7 USB controller C is to be erased and then formatted according to the On Disk Structure 5 format specification and labeled NEW_USB_DISK. Keep a hand full of these on hand and when a user complains about disk space just pop one in and add a quick two terabytes of disk space.
