Please try again later.Even though on the box compatibility list it stops at Vista, Yes it will, but I had to use Computer/Disk Management to initialize and quick-format it to get it to let me set the drive letter. If you don't, it doesn't show up in "My Computer" at all, so no access. Thanks Kenneth @ WD Service & Support!
