• You can use it to save your game files it all depends on the Muilt USB port you have your for PC or Laptop

• I am not sure what kind of computer or system you have, but this is a usb connect drive and would not be the best alternative for internal drive

• No, it cannot be used as an internal hard drive. You could put applications on it, but not recommended.
