I am not sure if they will install it or not....but if you can take out 2 screws and put them back then you can do it yourself literally takes less than 2 minutes to install

Yes they can but you can do it all yourself it’s extremely easy to do.  Plenty of free instructions on how to do it on YouTube.  That is how I did it.

They could,but it's very simple to do,their's alot of videos on how to install one ,if you don't feel comfortable, pretty sure a Geek squad or bestbuy member would do it for you,once you see a video on how to install a SSD,I'm confident you won't need any help

Compatibility testing is in progress.” We will upgrade that to yes it works once we are able to complete compatibility testing. It is important to not push non-heatsink since Sony specified heatsink version.

DON'T pay for installation.  Look on YouTube on how to take the cover off the PS5 and you can install this in about 5 minutes.
