It should. Yes. Its a trim to fit product. I have on in a Suzuki Grand Vitara and one in a Ford Explorer. Both similar SUVs to yours. You will have to trim it with heavy scissors, a razor knife or something similar. It's a very easy process. My wife was able to do hers without any trouble at all!
