Not sure about the 5G. It says 4G on the box. Personally I won't Have 5G in my house due to safety concerns. 12 inch concrete will be a challenge. You will have to run coax thru a wall from the antenna. If the roof allows to mount the outdoor antenna and you are able to place the indoor antenna within 50 feet horizontally or 20 feet vertically it should work.
