Will signal go through tin wall null

Yes, the weBoost Home MultiRoom can help bring the signal from outside to inside through a tin wall. The kit includes a flat cable to go through a window so you don't have to drill. If you do not have a window though, you would need to find a way to get the cable from the outside antenna to the booster and internal antenna.
