A pop up occurred on my laptop that my subscription was expiring for Webroot Secure Anywhere. I agreed to a one year subscription. The charge appeared on my credit card. I get scan report, but that report has a notice at the bottom that my sub expired! null

Webroot is seperate from what you can get from Bestbuy. I learned this the hard way. Geeksquad can help you with this but the cost of Webroot will be a seperate charge.
