You will find the keycode on the part behind the disc case that says "peel here"... Or maybe scratch here .... The key code is behind it..... It's in gray, bottom left corner.

Best Buy should have emailed you the key code as it is only located on an email. You should also receive reminder emails that include the code.

I was sent a key in my e-mail and I got mine from Best Buy

Key code should be located under the sticker on the back of the CD case.

Roxy, there should be another number on the box known as the Member Number starting with "WBR". If you can email us the Member Number directly, we can provide you your keycode. communitysupport@webroot.com
