You should get plenty of notices either text, or pop up, or emails from the webroot c/s they will send you messages your about to expire, and then just click on the option to renew and follow the directions. its simple, and trust me, they want you to renew, so they remind you.

I usually get a email that the subscription is running out ,simply purchase the update and they will automatically download very simple!

Typically, they send me a notification that it is up for renewal and a link to do so. If they didn't contact you, you can call them and tell them you want to renew it. They look it up by the email address you used to load it. They usually give a pretty good renewal discount. Their customer service is pretty good.

Usually there is an area on the antivirus dashboard where you can log into and extend your subscription on-line with a credit card. I would suggest you do this and check the price offered and go to Best Buy or their website to get the best price.

Screen will pop up and let you know. You can either do so by purchasing it online or in-store. Either way same price.

As far as I know, they should send you a renewal reminder. Just try to keep your product key code handy in case you need to re-enter the information.

My subscription hasn't expired yet, but I'm sure there is a renew option. If not, go to their website and you should be able to renew it from there. Hope this helps.
