Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't see why it would not work on ASUS ...I have an HP and it has worked excellent for me. You can even install it on Phones and Tablets so the specs you have given should be no problem. Also Windows 8.1 should not be a problem either as I have Windows 8 running right now and it is fine with that. I don't know how much disk space it will take up locally. But you can check with the Best Buy Staff or contact Customer Service for help with that as well as the other questions you have here ....Good Luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have had Webroot on my Asus T-100 with Windows 8.1 for 4 wks. No apparent effect on computer performance. Have not checked how much disc. space it uses. Have installed several proprietary programs on it and it still accesses internet quickly and allows me to check email, attend on-air forums, etc.. at least as quickly as my desktop.
