“please help me? About 6 months ago I brought my HP laptop and the WEBROOT Cd. I couldn't install the WEBROOT on to my laptop, because my daughter got ahold of the WEBROOT Cd case that had the Keycode on it. And now only half of the Keycode is on there. I want to install the WEBROOT on my laptop, But I don't know the full Keycode. I still have my receipt and everything. IM not sure if that will help at all. PLEASE HELP:)”

• take it back to the store and explain your situation - I can't believe they would not be able to help you the time does not start until it is installed

• Go to the store you made your purchase at and explain you problem. My bet is customer goodwill is important enough to them that they will devise a solution satisfactory to you. Take that receipt.
