• It should I think most Wall mounts are universal for certain sizes. Example: Wall Mount tvs 18"-26". You'd have to look at your Wall mount directions to make sure.

• They should be 75mm each side. Not sure they sell a mount that small I got mine from Walmart

• Yes the TV will fit on any wall mount bracket that fits a 200 x 100 VESA mount
