• Yes but strongly recommend getting a better quality picture TV for the PS5 but that's a personal opinion. It does have very good picture for its price point.

• It has a TV antenna hook up and 3 HDMC ports. I have my PS 4 hooked up to it. Not sure what is needed for cable TV.
