“When paying to have this microwave installed, does that include them installing a plug/box to my existing electrical wires? I'm sure I read that it does, but cannot find it now”

• Don't know as we already had outlet. We didn't need exhaust hood either. The service was great and honest. I would trust them. They come with big trailer, lots of tools.
