We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We installed this in our office recently and did not externally vent. There were two metal plates left in the box when we were finished. I assume these were to redirect air if installed. I don't have the instructions any longer to verify but I suggest you check the booklet that came with unit again.
