“How is this microwave mounted? I have a bookshelf above where it would go & it is mounted to a soffit. Does the microwave mount to the bottom of the bookshelf with screws or do you mount against the wall (stainless steel backsplash) with a plate? Or both?”

• Hello Kat, the appliance is designed to be installed on a wall. We wouldn't recommend installing in different location. We hope this helps.
