Hey JenZee, thank you for your inquiry! The filters are replaceable. The charcoal filter is behind the grease filter at the bottom of the microwave oven. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned and should be replaced about every 6 months. The grease filter is located on the underside of the microwave oven. The grease filter should be removed and cleaned at least once a month. This information is located in the Use and Care Manual on page 14.
