“The pictures of this microwave show it with the rack inside. Unfortunately it does not come with the oven. Best buy doesn't sell it and I can't even get it on Amazon. I even checked the Whirlpool website and couldn't find it. Where can you buy it?”

This oven doesn't come with the rack, even though it has the brackets. I looked at reviews from the previous model (which didn't advertise air frying) and it came with a rack, but it was made clear that this rack was only to be used during microwave cooking because it would warp if used with the convection oven. My guess is that Whirlpool probably had too many complaints of the rack warping from people who didn't read the owner's manual, so they decided not to include it with the new model. The old one looks identical inside to this new one, so they probably didn't want to modify the inside. If it's not broke, don't fix it kind of thing. You could probably find the rack if you looked for it using the previous oven's model number, but if you order it and use it during convection cooking or air frying and it warps out of shape, don't be surprised.

The model part number for the Whirlpool rack is w10860255. It is under 30 bucks. If you pay an additional $6.95, you will receive the rack within 2-3 business days.
