“Help! we installed the microwave and now have no way to open it!! the recessed pocket handle butts up with the fridge cabinet and there isnt enough room to get your hands in to open it!! is there anything to do ??”

You should read the installation instructions. It specifically talks about cabinet depth for that very reason. They sell a standoff accessory for cabinets that are too deep. Instructions also discuss clearance for the microwave. You should read instructions again very carefully. Find the accessory part number that they clearly have stated is needed for your install. Call the manufacturer or a local shop and order it. It installs on the back wall in place of the one that comes with the unit new.
