“Bought it 4 months ago..Some how it takes longer to warm a cup of tea in this one. Even after one minute tea is not hot. Also no manual was included, How do i use the oven features. Thanks”

Make sure the setting for power is at maximum (10). The user manual is online and available here. https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201710/useandcareguide-w11174183-reva.pdf For the most part operating the oven is as simple as any other oven. Set a time and press start. If you want to use the fancier features like WiFi, convection oven, etc., press the button with three dashes and an additional menu will appear to the left.
