“This oven will be installed under new MDF cabinets. I was informed that MDF Board does not do very well when exposed to extreme heat as the core materials can get damaged. So I’m wondering if the outside of this oven gets hot enough to damage MDF board.”

I recommend that you contact the manufacturer to find the maximum shell temperature of the oven, then find the maximum safe temperature for the MDF cabinets.

Check with your builder or cabinet supplier to make sure that the materials used will not discolor, delaminate or sustain other damages.
