nana, you are able to bake cookies in the oven using a convection feature.

However, given the design of the oven where all the heat is coming in from a vent on the left side rather than evenly distributed above and/or below as in a conventional oven, I suspect that you might find cookies on the left side of the sheet might be rather more well done than those on the right side.
