the wire shelf comes with it but Whirlpool has the moulding on each side of the freezer for a larger full shelf. Does not come with a full shelf and I have not seen anything from them about where to get one, may have to fabricate one myself to fit this freezer. Shame manufacturer does not have access to one since it looks like it was designed for one...

Please try again later.It looks like for model WRT111SFDW04 Whirlpool made the ledges in the freezer, to support a full width shelf, but they did not provide any full width shelf to sit on those ledges. I saw somewhere an issue with their glass (like is not surviving freezer temperatures or something). Well, Whirlpool, make a full width wire shelf but make something! Can't sell the fridge like this for YEARS and YEARS in a row, and then tell people "oh, oops, I'm sorry". Extremely disappointed customer. (December 14 2018 - Bought this fridge July 22, 2018, Edmonton, Canada)
