We had Best Buy deliver it, and when they got it into the apartment, I did not even have to ask. They asked me if i wanted the doors swapped, and i said 'Yes'.

No charge for it, and they were very friendly.

I had to reverse it myself, because the installers said I did not purchase that service. BestBuy said it was a $49.99 fee to the reverse the handles and direction.
