“I just received my new Whirlpool refrigerator. Freezer door does not hold anything. The rails are too far out with a huge gap allowing items to fall through. Can these rails be adjusted?”

• I could not see any way to adjust them. I use these shelves for frozen vegetables and put the bags sideways.
