• grab a pitcher and just hold down the water button until the water starts flowing. Took about 1 minute or so for mine to get going. Ran it for 2 pitchers full so that the water would clear up. hope this helps!

• June- make sure water it turned on to your water supply line and then just dispense until you bleed all the air out of the line.
