Ours is 33-in wide space and the door on the wall side is still hitting the wall when you try to open the door wide. I guess you will run into issues.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is not a good idea to put a fridge right next to a wall. Youu need to be able to open the doors past 90 degrees in order to pull out the bins and get groceries in and out. You should have at least a 10" space - a little base cabinet or kitchen island that does not protrude past the body of the fridge.
