I am not sure what your question is. However, in response to your statements, I would contact the manufacturer or Lowe's to report the problems and receive guidance. I have had my refrigerator for several months. I have followed the manufacturer guidelines for the settings. Not only does it quickly concurrently freeze several trays of ice cubes, it can handle roasts, chickens, and anything else I put in there. I have never had anything thaw and it has always maintained a constant temperature.
