QuestionI purchased this fridge April of 2018. 3 times we had to remove everything, unplug and left the freezer defrost. Water drips into the fridge and I have a cup catching it. Any help would really be appreciated. It should last longer then this. Thank you!

- Answer My understanding standard installation was set-up. Included opening door preference, insert trays, delivered to 2nd story residence all for free. There was a haul away charge. Be advised my old refrigerator had a water hook-up for ice maker that new purchase didn't. Delivery guys won't touch water shut off or disconnect. So word to wise, verify installation if ice maker is needed.
