I put separate thermometers, one in fridge, one in freezer to monitor temps. Got mine in September when avg temp in garage was 85 so had to go one above recommended setting to maintain below 0 in freezer and below 40 in fridge. Hoping as winter approaches to be able to put at recommended settings.

A:AnswerMine is actually made in Mexico, that's what it says on the label inside. I called Whirlpool to ask when I saw it and was told this model is made in Mexico. Still seems to work okay. Size is nice and large, laid out pretty well. Still working ok.
