QuestionIs the freezer frost-free and does it keep the contents frozen?I see that other fridges are specifically described as frost-free, including the freezer-only models. Just can't imagine why this feature would be left off of any freezer. There were a few comments stating the ice cream & other contents were not freezing! Wouldn't that be corrected for those with this issue?

QuestionDid we get the wrong item?Ours came with ZERO ice maker components. No solenoid, fill valves, tubes, nothing to easy connect to. When we researched it before purchasing it showed basically all you needed to do was plug in ice maker.

Question"The electrical spec says 20 amp, 115 volt. Does this mean a 20 amp wall plug is necessary? If so, this would preclude older homes like mine, which only has 15 amp wall plugs.

- Answer Whirlpool sells this refrigerator with an ‘ez Connect’ for the optional icemaker, but they FAIL TO tell you that it doesn’t come with a water valve so you have no way to connect a water line unless you buy additional parts. Shame on Whirlpool for false advertising. I returned this refrigerator and bought a GE.

QuestionThis fridge is on rollers and it moves when you try to open it. There does not appear to be any actual feet on this thing, but it just sits on the wheels ALL THE TIME? What can I do to make the fridge sit securely and not move when you open the door????
