“Does anyone have issue with not enough cold water coming out? It was delivered last Thursday. The ice came out OK,but about a SMALL glass of water coming out that's cold, rest is room temp. Bestbuy tech came today and said it's this model, is it true?”

I also didn't think the water was very cold, and I expected it to be chilled. It hasn't bothered me because I am always adding a half glass of ice! I don't know why the water wouldn't be just as cold as the regular glass of water I used to keep in the refrigerator. That should be a manufacturing flaw!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our experience is that the water is cold only for a brief period. But I don't like the taste of the water even after draining 5 gallons as suggested. And the ice tastes fine, so I'm happy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Many of the newer models with smaller ice makers have smaller heat transfer units to cool water. We just put some ice in the glass & add water.
