QuestionThe specs listed for this refrigerator claim it dispenses water chilled to 50 degrees Fahrenheit . Why is it coming out the same temp as my tap water? it's over a week old and it is not hooked up to the hot water. My tap water is warmer than 50 degrees.

- Answer I don't believe there is, but this is probably the worst fridge I've ever purchased. It wasn't cheap, but just made cheap. Wobbles when you open and close doors and pulls away from wall easily. Not a good purchase!

QuestionWill I have to go to a separate vendor for replacement parts? I have had this refrigerator model for about five years now and it still works great. only problems are the crisper bins and door bins did not hold up, they cracked and I need replacements. Ty

- Answer I had the same issue about a year ago for a different manufacturer. I Googled a description of the part, found a supplier and was very happy with the replacement. I've also done that previously with the water filter and found the savings significant. I'm satisfied with the replacement.
