- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Magnets will work on this model, but we do not recommend leaving them on the surface on the refrigerator, as they can cause discoloration. Your best bet is to keep them in a container when not needed and only using them when you have paper to act as a buffer against the surface.

QuestionJust received and it seems the area it's sitting on is a bit uneven so its slanted a bit on right downward. I just need to get it raised maybe 1/4 to 1/2 an inch on right as its driving me crazy and I dont think its the actual fridge thats crooked. help

- Answer MARCUS, we can only suggest trying to reset the controls to the Refrigerator. To do this, either turn off your homes circuit breaker to the Refrigerator or unplug the unit at the outlet for 1-2 minutes. If this does not resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool Customer Service at 1-800-253-1301 between 8am-8pm EST Monday through Friday.

Question1. How much clearance on the left is needed to open the freezer door? 2. I see that the unit requires 1/2" for ventilation. Is it okay if a small area on one side (the edge of the counter top) is closer?

- Answer You need 3" less than the width of the door to open it fully. You are OK for ventilation.
