No. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known that. You can remove shelves, but your stuck to put them back. You can't store a 2 liter bottle of soda standing up except on the door. A Gallon of milk barely fits in the top shelf and then you have the dome light that gets in the way on one side. It's not well thought out at all.
