Hi Herself, If the water is connected and turned on just make sure the ice maker is in the on position and give it 72 hours and the unit should start making ice. We hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It needs to be connected to a water supply, which can be tested by using the drinking dispenser. It may take up to thirty seconds for water to get through the system to flow. Once you have a good flow, pull out the ice maker mechanism and turn on the switch. This is what I did and it made two glass full of ice in about 8 hours. Installer suggested not using the ice until two full ice compartments worth of ice are tossed away. This was to flush the system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. Nothing at all. With that said, they suggest you throw out the the first 2 batches of ice cubes just because the line is new. Other than that, hook it up and you're good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BE SURE WATER VALVE IS TURNED ON. OTHERWISE THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO . I WOULD DUMP A DAYS WORTH OF CUBES TO CLEAN THE LINES BEFORE USING THE CUBES.
