“I just purchased this fridge. One problem... when you release the push lever on the water despenser there is a delay in the water stopping. You pull your cup away and water goes everywhere. Is this a problem for anyone else?”

We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have this problem - it drips one last time about 3 seconds after the water stops and runs down the front of the fridge! I hate this. They are going to replace a part and see if it stops - if not, I am returning the fridge! I would not recommend this refrigerator because of this problem alone!
