Can you use the refrigerator ice and cold water on this model without the water filter since we already have a reverse osmosis filter on the water prior to it going into the refrigerator? null

The filter must be installed to have the water input work. I believe the filter will last a long time I’d supplied with filtered water through the supply line.

Hello Mika, If your refrigerator has a water filter, it may further reduce the water pressure when used in conjunction with a reverse osmosis system. Remove the water filter. See “Water Filtration System” in the User Instructions, User Guide, or Use & Care Guide. If you have questions about your water pressure, please call a licensed, qualified plumber
