A:AnswerHello nb2646. You can adjust the temperature on the control panel that is on the Freezer door. It will say Freezer temp and Refrigerator temp. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerDave,
The doors on this refrigerator are thicker than some. Each door is 3" deep. Therefore, when open, each door would add 3" to the width. Unless you are talking about opening the door all the way. in which case, the refrigerator door would add 20" to the width and the freezer door 12.5". I hope that answers your question!

A:AnswerNo. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known that. You can remove shelves, but your stuck to put them back. You can't store a 2 liter bottle of soda standing up except on the door. A Gallon of milk barely fits in the top shelf and then you have the dome light that gets in the way on one side. It's not well thought out at all.
A:AnswerEdward, we're sorry to hear this. To stabilize the refrigerator, remove the base grille and lower the
leveling feet until they touch the floor. See the leveling and door alignment instructions. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
A:AnswerNo they do not match and are not stainless steel. But the color goes very well with the stainless steel. Not sure what kind of material it is but it matches well

A:AnswerHello I sorry I can not answer your question because we have not had that problem with our product. It does not move unless we move it manually. Is your product on a flat service or does the floor have an angle to it? If that is the problem just place a peace of wood like a shim in front of the front wheels and taht she keep it from moving until you want to move it. I hope this suggestion helps you. Best Regards Francis Earley
A:AnswerThanks, Whirlpool team. Glad to know that the answer is yes to both of my questions. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out which of the drawers is the crisper and how to remove or move the freezer shelves. The manual does not say anything about these points.
Thanks in advance
A:AnswerHello Dona, there could be a number of reasons that the icemaker is slow making ice. Was the refrigerator just installed? Allow 24 hours to produce the first batch of ice. Discard the first 3 batches of ice produced. Allow 2 - 3 days to completely fill the ice storage bin. The ice maker should produce approximately 3.2 lbs (1.5 kg) of ice per day under normal operation.
Is the ice bin installed correctly? If your refrigerator has an in the door ice making system (external dispenser), ensure the ice bin is fully snapped into place. If the ice bin is not seated or installed correctly it can cause low or no ice production. Please see your Use and Care Guide for specific instructions on installing the ice bin.
Do you have the correct water pressure? Hollow or thin ice cubes are likely due to low water pressure.
Is the water line connected to a water supply and fully turned on? Make sure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the water shutoff valve is fully opened. Check to make sure there are no kinks in the water supply line. A kink in the line can reduce water flow. Straighten the water source line to restore adequate water flow and pressure. To help reduce the chances of a pinched water line, do not push the refrigerator too far back against the wall or cabinet. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.
