Thanks, Whirlpool team. Glad to know that the answer is yes to both of my questions. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out which of the drawers is the crisper and how to remove or move the freezer shelves. The manual does not say anything about these points.

Yes, there is a humidity controlled drawer and the freezer shelves are removable.

Hi NewFridge, this model is offered with one full width humidity controlled drawer and there are three adjustable full width adjustable shelves in the freezer section. We hope this helps!
