“Part missing? Just got the frig and it seems fine. However, I wonder if there is a part missing. I will try to describe it - the bottom shelf in the frig in my old frig had a little plastic support piece underneath that helped support it so the drawers didn't bind. The holes are there for this to fit in, but there is no piece. Does anyone out there know what i mean?”

Hi, Pieway. I understand that you may be missing a part. However, it is difficult to determine what part it may be in this forum. I have a link to the parts list for this refrigerator. If you can find it in this list, you can contact Best Buy or Whirlpool to see about getting the part.
